Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a reservation number in your confirmation email. Please do not lose your reservation number or membership number, as you will need them in the event of cancellation.
After the confirmation email, you will receive an email for smart check-in, so please fill it out.
Check-in is possible only by confirming the details using a tablet.
*If you do not fill it out, you will be required to check in by entering it on a tablet or by writing.

- *We do not accept reservations by phone or email.
- *We do not accept temporary reservations from groups or individuals, or waiting lists for cancellations.
- *The maximum capacity of the room is the capacity including children. When making a reservation, please make a reservation according to the capacity.

- Curfew is 23:00.
- Perishable foods are not allowed to be brought into the facility.
- Meals will be served at the dining venue. (Private rooms available) [Food and drinks cannot be brought in]
- The building has many stairs. There are stairs to get to and from the bathroom and dining area. (3 floors, no elevator)
- Groups/organizations not accepted
- Consecutive nights are limited to a maximum of 2 nights.
- Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00 (Please be sure to let us know if your arrival will be delayed)
- Check out from 8:00 to 10:00
- The maximum capacity of the room includes children sleeping in the same bed, so please make a reservation according to the capacity. (Charges apply for children from 0 years old)
- After check-in time. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late, as your order may be treated as a No Show.
- We do not accept multiple reservations or temporary reservations.
- If your tatami mats or futons are soiled, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee.

- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows.
- No-show without notification: 100% of accommodation fee
- On the day: 80% of the accommodation fee
- From 7 days before: 20% of the accommodation fee
